I know your time is valuable - and mine is too! I want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. CANCELLATIONS: I respectfully ask for a 72 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Rescheduling or cancelling within 72 hours will result in a 100% charge of the service - non refundable. It must be paid in full before you can re-book. This policy is still enforced regardless of weather conditions so please stay up to date with the weekly forecast. LATE POLICY: If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be subject to cancellation and be charged 100% of the service - non refundable. We don’t love a rushed appointment and it isn’t fair to the next client if I am running behind. NO-SHOW: You will be charged 100% of the appointment scheduled - non refundable. 3.5% convenience fee will apply. WAITLIST APPOINTMENTS: If you were on a waitlist and I was able to get you in, please note the cancellation, late and no-show policies still apply even if the appointment is within the 72 hours. PAYMENTS: I accept cash, zelle, apple pay or card. I do not accept venmo or checks. Card payments do have a 3.5% convenience fee so another form of payment is strongly encouraged. REMOVALS: If you book for removal and come in with bare nails without letting me know 72 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for that removal. I block time out for the removal process and having a last minute gap will lose the potential to adjust my schedule and fill any opening with a client on my waitlist. NAIL ART: Nail art needs to be added on to your gel extension or gel manicure at the time of booking. You will find the Nail Art add on at the bottom of the service list on my website. If you schedule nail art and opt out of the design when you come in, a $20 fee will apply to your service to compensate that time block. If you are late and I don’t have time to do the design, you will still be charged to compensate the time block. CHILDREN: I understand childcare can be hard to find. However - Lounge 27 has a no children policy due to safety considerations and liability reasons. If this policy is disregarded, you will be asked to reschedule upon arrival and charged as a no-show.
