I know your time is valuable - and mine is too! I want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. CANCELLATIONS: I respectfully ask for a 72 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you reschedule or cancel within 72 hours, a 100% charge of the service will apply + 3.5% card fee and is non-refundable. This policy remains in effect, even in the event of emergencies, illness, or adverse weather. While I understand last-minute cancellation fees can be frustrating, they are essential for the sustainability of my small business. LATE POLICY: If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be subject to cancellation and be charged 100% of the service - non refundable. We don’t love a rushed appointment and it isn’t fair to the next client if I am running behind. NO-SHOW: You will be charged 100% of the appointment scheduled - non refundable. 3.5% card fee will apply. CONFIRMATIONS: Appointment confirmations are required 72 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments within 72 hours will be cancelled and treated as a no-show. This helps me keep a smooth schedule, make sure everyone has a chance to book and avoid wasted time. WAITLIST APPOINTMENTS: If you were previously on a waitlist and I was able to schedule your appointment, please be aware that all policies still apply, even if the appointment is within 72 hours. PAYMENTS: I accept Zelle or cash only. REMOVALS: If you schedule a removal and show up with bare nails without informing me 72 hours in advance, you will be charged for the removal. I set aside time specifically for this process, and last-minute changes can prevent me from serving clients on my waitlist. NAIL ART: Nail art must be added at the time of booking for your gel extension or manicure, and it can be found as an add-on at the bottom of the service list. If you cancel the design when you arrive, a $20 fee will be charged. Additionally, if you arrive late and there's insufficient time for the design, you will still incur a charge for the time reserved. CHILDREN: I understand childcare can be hard to find. However - Lounge 27 has a no children policy due to safety considerations and liability reasons. If this policy is disregarded, you will be asked to reschedule upon arrival and charged as a no-show.
